Moving post…
After 11 years at Strathclyde Law School, I’ve moved post, to Northumbria Law School, Northumbria University in Newcastle upon Tyne. Dean Philip Plowden’s offer to get involved with the great initiatives they have there, including the Student Law Office (a superbly-run student clinic handling hundreds of cases a year) was irresistible. I’m really sorry to be leaving Strathclyde, but I’ll be taking SIMPLE and the SC initiatives and much else with me, developing this and related initiatives here; and of course academics at Strathclyde and elsewhere will still be using SIMPLE, developing it and extending it into Open Educational Resources (OER).
