failed to upload new blueprint

Postby rsingh on Mon Nov 09, 2009 2:04 am

We have one blueprint which has 3 files more that 500K size. when we try to upload it, it fails.
but when we keep file size limited to 500K for each file in blueprint, it get installed.

do simple has some kind of limit on file size in blueprint ?

we have another blueprint with all files less that 100K and it is working fine.

if we reduce file size or remove large files then upload is successful.

please help.

thanks

after trying many different options we have found that simple does not like blueprint which has any file larger than 600KB.

3 errors keep repeating
1. unknown mdb2 error
2. failed to open ziparchive
3, fatal error

thanks

We regularly use project files that are more than 600kb in size, so I don't believe that it is SIMPLE itself.

You may want to check that your database server's packet size is large enough.

Also MDB has a nasty habit of hiding the useful native SQL error, which sometimes requires digging to locate a useful response.
Hope this helps.
