Hi

We would like to archive student work from this year (just in case of appeals) before reloading the platform software. Is there a way of doing this through the simple application please?

There isn't a way to do this within the platform that won't be affected by a reload of the software.

The best thing to do is to take a back up of the SIMPLE database using the database tools. This can be then stored somewhere and restored to a SIMPLE server should you need to access the simulations again in the future.
