Probate simulation transaction

We had to temporarily pull some of the projects on the demo server as we realised that *anyone* could just wander in and look at the resources. Which is was an issue since the GGSL projects are being used by actual students.
These projects should now back on to the server now that we've locked access down to bona fide staff.
I've set up instances of the GGSL's Private Client & Personal Injury simulation. These are simulation's #27 (Private Client), #28 (Personal Injury:Claimant) and #29(Personal Injury: Defendant)
